My tire was not balanced properly. I bought new tires in April 2021. Now my tires have to be replaced. I always bring my car on time for service. For 3 years i was not offered rotation I bought new tires in April 2021. Now my tires have to be replaced. I always bring my car on time for service. For 3 years i was not offered rotation or balancing. Very disappointed. I had it checked at Costco tire center and this was their comment. More

Everything was good except for the mechanic stripping a custom lug nut when he went to put it back on after tire rotation ,and the tire pressures were not even close to what he said they were set at. All custom lug nut when he went to put it back on after tire rotation ,and the tire pressures were not even close to what he said they were set at. All 4 tires were different pressures, I adjusted once I returned home. Thank you. More
