When I dropped the car off Josh was my service advisor. During my absence he left employment. The new advisor did not get in touch with me to confirm what work I wanted to be done, nor did he give me any During my absence he left employment. I've bought my last 3 cars at Joe Myers and their customer service has really declined. Also they need to use a different shuttle service. When I dropped the car off three different drivers accepted and canceled my ride and I missed my flight to the airport. When I returned the driver said they were at the airport, but 40 minutes later hadn't picked me up. I had to plead with Joe Myers to cancel that driver and request another one. In all it took over an hour for me to be picked up. Very frustrating experience. More
