Went to the dealership to look at Ikia forte GT the website said they had two on the lot . when your salesman approached I told him I told him I wanted to check out the forte GT. He looked at me and asked me if I was buying it for my daughter. I was a little confused since I was there by myself. When I told him no, it was for me. He looked over at my CRV that I came in and said well what’s wrong with what you came in. Then he proceeded to tell me they didn’t have any forte GTs they Didn’t have any and I tried to tell him it says you have two online. He said no we don’t have any. I would hope he doesn’t treat all the customers this way. Not sure if he thought it was too old or whether it was because I was a woman that I obviously didn’t need a forte GT. Unfortunately, I didn’t catch the guys name it could’ve been Jesse not sure the guy had greasy black hair spiked hair with white tips and a beer gut. It look like he just rolled out of his trailer drunk. Then I went to the Volkswagen dealer where they were glad to show me a golf, GTI, which I purchased from them. I emailed the manager of the Kia dealer, but obviously he didn’t care, because I never heard anything back. In the past I bought five Kias from this dealership , but I will never enter that dealership again More

The service department is very poor, as other people have already mentioned in other reviews. Good luck speaking to anyone on the phone about a service-related issue! After several efforts to speak to someone there about a simple question I had and not receiving any replies, I am done with Jim Click Kia. Extremely frustrating after buying a new car from them in February of 2023. More
Dear Kia, your service department needs improving. It takes months in advance to schedule an appointment and guess what your mileage will be. You are all way too stressed out and rude. From the day we walked in, not a single person pressured us or made us feel obligated in any way. Even though I was extremely nervous buying a new car they made me feel comfortable! They worked with us to earn our business from the start. Jesse explained every aspect of our new car so I understood how to operate the features! Ryan made the financing process seamless and really worked to get us the best rates! I have no regrets working with Jim Click Kia and will definitely be returning when we’re ready for an upgrade! Incompetent, poor management, poor customer service, unwillingness to make things right when they messed up a signed contract. I will go spend my cash on another vehicle somewhere else for a car probably lower than MSRP or on a dealership who is willing to work on a deal and make a cash deal! More

Getting service done here is a very frustrating process with no communication. I really wish the Kia dealership had a better process in place for making appointments and getting updates. I was given a phon with no communication. I really wish the Kia dealership had a better process in place for making appointments and getting updates. I was given a phone number to text/call but have not received ANY response. I tried calling and texting the direct line given to me with absolutely no response and tried calling the main line with the same experience. If it weren't for the recalls we need fixed I would go anywhere else. I'm incredibly disappointed in my experience so far and I don't know when I will ever see my vehicle again. More
I originally gave a poor review regarding the communication with the service department. The manager dealt with my concerns quickly. I'm very pleased with the service! The service manager reached out to me regarding my previous concerns. I really appreciate how everything was handled! More
