The service department is a joke . . I take my truck to get an oil change and a wash to be returned dirty and I ask why is because I had the wrong car wash package when before that was . I take my truck to get an oil change and a wash to be returned dirty and I ask why is because I had the wrong car wash package when before that was the right one their excuse they raised the price and didn’t had the courtesy to let me know.. Keep in mind I bought this vehicle new at this dealership and this is how we get treated.. Fast forward I take my second car also a Ford for a malfunction and I arrived the service guy is eating a bagel and I explain my issue to be to told to leave it and it’s not going to been seen for the next 2 to 3 weeks since I didn’t made an appointment.. I tell this person I can’t leave it I have to go back to work he didn’t show no empathy I’m guessing his bagel is more important .. I’ve been gone at work for 4 months I didn’t know and now I am stuck with a broken car and nothing I can do this dealership used to be customer service oriented but after this I won’t set foot near there what a shame More

They did everything they said they would. Service kept me informed with every change that came about. My Lincoln was picked up and delivered back within the time frame quoted.
