John went the extra mile to assure that my vehicle was ready and prepped the way I needed it to be before pick up. We have purchased multiple vehicles with Mushtaq and it’s always a phenomenal experience! Navigation was a requirement and we were led to believe the car we traded for had factory navigation; however, it does not. We were fooled by the screen since it showed "Press here to use the Navigation A the car we traded for had factory navigation; however, it does not. We were fooled by the screen since it showed "Press here to use the Navigation App". We asked Jerrid if the car had Navigation and his reply was "I have a Lexus with Navigation". We feel we were misled. More
