Unfortunately, after the initial purchase, my experience with JM Lexus and my sales person went bad. There were numerous problems that required 3 visits to the dealer. My sales person, Paul, did not offer any help when asked. This was a so-called 'Certified Lexus'. It had issues ! It is still a used car. You still need a independent mechanic to check it out. I won't make this $45K mistake again !

I responded privately on 5/15/24 to the following JM Lexus response on Dealer Rater in order to resolve the issue. JM Lexus responded PUBLICLY on 5/15/24 3:31 PM "Frank, I'm sorry to learn about the issues you've experienced with your vehicle. It is now 5/17/24 and I have not heard from JM Lexus Marketing. Evidently my feedback is not important to JM. No effort to 'reach out to resolve my concerns'. I stand by my comment on 5/14/24. I am now even further disappointed with how my purchase was full of problems and aggravation. When I have time I will post and document my full experience. .
