My Tahoe was diagnosed with a failed camshaft and lifters. After diagnosis they pushed it outside and damaged my hitch cover. During this time I found a small dent on the front ls fender and a large lifters. After diagnosis they pushed it outside and damaged my hitch cover. During this time I found a small dent on the front ls fender and a large dent on the rs fender. I also had to return the same day I picked it up because of a noise. I would also suggest they should stock more parts. I had to wait about three weeks for parts so it sat idle in the lot for that period of time. While it was in the lot I needed something from the truck. When I opened the rear hatch I found they had put engine parts inside. Didn’t really appreciate the smell of oil and gas in my truck. I talked to the Service Director about the situation and he gave me some compensation and corrected all the damage. The service personnel were great but they need to do a better job on taking care of customers property More
