Went by twice looking to purchase a car. First car wasn't very comfortable, not the dealers fault, but the test drive "loop" they let you drive is barely 3 miles, only 1 of which is on the h First car wasn't very comfortable, not the dealers fault, but the test drive "loop" they let you drive is barely 3 miles, only 1 of which is on the highway. Got a call a couple weeks later since a car I mentioned I was interested came in. I asked what color and selling price it is, "come down and see". Car ended up being a color I wasn't ok with purchasing, wish they'd told me over the phone and not wasted my time. They then said they weren't letting people test drive, but I could drive around the parking lot. I'm sorry, but if I'm spending tens of thousands of dollars on a car, it is insulting to not let someone actually drive a car they are interested in buying. I asked if they were getting any more in or if next years version was coming out soon, the sales person said, "2023 is the last year". Got in my car to leave and went to Hyundai's website for the car and the first thing that popped up, "Redesigned for 2024!" Can't say I'm a fan of being lied to about a car as a sleazy car sales tactic. I'm avoiding this dealership in the future and bringing my business to just about anywhere else, you should too. More
