The Service Department at Infiniti of West Chester is unmatched. We have purchased Mercedes, Volvo, Acura and BMW from the other local dealerships and honestly wouldn't even consider another brand after unmatched. The text conversation was anonymous and between several different people without me having clarity on who I was speaking to. The service is curt and rude at times. Over the phone I thought that I was quoted 6% APR; I requested it in writing. When I came to purchase the car that I wanted the APR was 7.84%. I have tier 1 credit and would have considered 0% and 5.99% offers with more weight had I known that the offer was over 7%. I plan to pay it off quickly to avoid the interest, but I just felt like something was off. I think that the dealership added a significant amount of their own percentage points. I liked the pre-owned car that they had for sale better than some others on the market , so I purchased it, but I would never consider buying from them again primarily because of Jay and Mark. They seemed to have no respect or appreciation for their customers. More
