Saw a car online we were interested in purchasing - we are deciding on a smaller vehicle to get around easier within the city. Stephanie scheduled us with our Infinity representative, Lisa Krop. The front desk and Stephanie promptly greeted us and were very accommodating, and introduced us to Lisa. Lisa was very personable and presentable, showed interest, listened to our ideas and concerns, and took us to test drive a couple vehicles. We were happy that she was our chosen sales person. She went over our options and gave other suggestions to help with our decision process. She also introduced us to the manager, Andreas, who was also very accommodating. Lisa, Stephanie, and Andreas are an excellent team and go above and beyond. They were professional and made our appointment very enjoyable. Great service like this is hard to come by. Dropped my vehicle off for service today. Sales manager for new cars heard that I had a bad experience at a different dealership with my detail in the downtown Chicagoland area.
