This place is a zero not a 1. Good luck if you go there. Make sure you get everything in writing before you waste any of you valuable time. More

My new Santa Cruz is great. Dealership is horrible! My salesman Shane was pleasant. The finance man rushed through paperwork and handed me computer thumb drive and went home while overcharging me $522 on tags. First thing Monday morning I drove back 39 miles to the Dealership and while I waited 3 hours for them to fix the things they missed I saw the salesman who directed me to Cathy who saw the mistake and assured me that the $750 tag fee for just a transfer was the mistake and I would get it returned in 10 to 14 days. After 4 weeks I got a check from NRR Hyundi for $1.51. Brought check and conflicting paperwork back and Shane and Cathy assured me I would get the right check soon. Made 5 or 6 calls and another visit then told that Dealership is so big that they have no control of this but that likely it would be applied to my loan balance. Now after 9 weeks they know nothing about this. IT IS A REAL SHAME WHEN A DEALERSHIP GETS SO BIG THAT IT NO LONGER CARES ABOUT IT'S CUSTOMERS. More

Since the change in management at this particular location; they’ve done nothing but call me or text me about coming in to test drive cars during their events. I’ve asked to be taken off this list but it never happened. One of the agents that had been texting me told me about how much had changed there since the ownership switch over. When I’d go in for oil changes I was always trying to be upsold some product for my car. Also when I’d try to make an appointment they’d tell me it was a few weeks out. I can drive to any number of oil changing places and get it done that day. It’s ridiculous I’ve even had to come and rate how horrible this dealership is. I had asked to be contacted by the owner because of all the hassle I’ve had with them. Do you think I got that call? Nope. After being a loyal customer for over 8 years they’ve managed to chase off my business. More
