The timing of the service department was great but when I got there no one seemed to know who was greeting f the people walking in and the girl who greeted me seemed lost and confused. Oil changed on Friday. Left for trip on Wednesday when the skid plate came down and was dragging along the interstate. Pulled off and went to nearest garage.
