Overall good experience, HOWEVER, vehicle I purchased advertised "New tires", I should have done the research before purchasing so I take responsibility for this, but they put the least expensive tires o advertised "New tires", I should have done the research before purchasing so I take responsibility for this, but they put the least expensive tires on the SUV. They are "summer" tires only. We live in the Midwest and have brutally cold winters. Come on guys. To me this shows you could care less about the safety of your customers. I will have to buy new tires now. More

The overall experience was great. The only negative part of my visit was your aggressive push toward extended warranty. Huge turnoff.
