This survey every time you go to the dealership is absolutely ridiculous. You get harassed to fill one out every single time and that’s their report card. My service advisor did a great job, but Mazda absolutely ridiculous. You get harassed to fill one out every single time and that’s their report card. I’ve been coming for years and they’ve always treated me fairly. For that I am happy. Prices aren’t awful (for a dealership) and the service is consistent.
