Didn't fix the censor on warranty like they said they would, because the light wasn't on when they test drove it. The previous 26 times the light came on wasn't enough for it to be fixed correctly a seco would, because the light wasn't on when they test drove it. Then they didn't leave our keys in the car like we're supposed to when we picked it up and a manager had to come in at 7pm to get the keys. And everytime we bring it here it's 90 miles round trip and most of the time they don't fix it, they just reset the light. We will never use the service department or buy from Ford / dodge again. I went in and talked to the manager about trading in my car. I just previously bought last year in aug. or sept. I had to have the motor replaced, have a bearing replaced the day before the motor went to c car. I just previously bought last year in aug. or sept. Then all they did to try and make it right they really lowballed me for my trade in for a brand new car actually any car at that fact so I would have been way upside down in the hole and without a vehicle . I also went in there telling them what we would pay as down payment and what we could afford for payments . Then when they say I’m approved they give me numbers way out of our budget that we specifically told them bottom dollar. I fill they waisted a lot of time and there own so I went else where to do my business and they really stuck to the plan and practically paid my other car off for trade in. More
