Joie Mullen, our trusted service adviser called @ 7:43am Wednesday that her team had replaced the secondary air injection solenoid valve under warranty at no charge to me!!! Joie not only scheduled a Lyft ride to take me home Mon but also pick me up no charge! Over the years when I was on the road flying out Sunday night and returning Friday night Herb Connolly Chevrolet always help my wife care for our two cars in a way that made her safe and secure. Trusted service advisors, e.g. Joie Mullen, is the major reason for our dealership selection and continued patronage. Joie is our current service contact with at this dealership and has been extremely helpful. Disappointing I had a simple repair. Replacing 2 headlight bulbs now it is turning into a multi-day event. I have brought my truck to this dealership 3 times for repairs for the same thing. I dropped it off on a Monday afternoon without an appointment hoping they would look at it because they hadn't fixed it c repairs for the same thing. It is now Thursday and they haven't even looked at it i now have to cancel my vacation because i have no vehicle. It seems to me you don't matter to them as a customer even if they can't fix your vehicle after 2 times it was in for repairs for the same thing and it still hasn't been fixed yet. More
