no responded

there must be redundancy at all times. it's so elemental. there can never be one person facing the horde of customers. everyone else can't take the day off or a attending wedding if that leaves one person to do the job. again, it's so basic and yet my experience at honda has been constantly frustrating. i'm not alone. in contrast, my experience at the old honda dealership and service center on commonwealth avenue was far better. why? more staff. sam allis.
