awful. just awful. They just sit around with my paper chatting. Juan Correa-Montes was my service advisor. Completely refuses to do his job. States it w just awful. After 2 hours, I had to break up his little 'chit chat' to see if my service was done and then was told that they could not do tire rotation because of lugnuts are swollen. couldn't come up and ask me about it? I had to bring it up? told them to replace it. then took another hour. Just awful. Absolutely nobody else waiting. They even mentioned 'wow its quiet today'. 3 hours just to do oil change and tire rotation. why have 'waiting' option if it takes that long? absolutely worst ford dealership I have ever visited. More
Great service started the purchase online and picked up the vehicle the next day. The sales department was willing to drive the car to my home which was in Sacramento! Sales people were nice bit I had a bad experience with the used vehicle I purchased it had trouble starting after sitting for 30 minutes I brought it in and the said they couldn't find anything wrong with the used vehicle I purchased it had trouble starting after sitting for 30 minutes I brought it in and the said they couldn't find anything wrong with it now it's back at the dealer now and they still can't find what's wrong with it, and it supposedly went through there platinum 130 point premium certified inspection, second the driver door makes a popping noise that they refuse to fix, I also bought the platinum warranty and I was told it covers EVERYTHING bumper to bumper and service tells me it's not covered they will tell you anything, so I'm sitting here writing this and I do not have the vehicle I purchased only two weeks ago it's been in there shop for a total of 4 days and they still can't figure out what's wrong with it so I'm very disappointed in how this was handled More

This dealership made my purchase comfortable stress free and very pleasant. Be warned and if you are going to buy from this dealer make sure you only buy a new car from them! Do not take your car for service and do not buy used from Hansel. I took my Ford there for service and that is where my nightmare began. My car was running great until I took it there and then it somehow needed more and more repairs and the price on the last repair had different quotes each time. So I panicked and bought a used vehicle from them which smelled like chemicals & when i pulled service receipts there was body damage on the vehicle not disclosed. Since it was a 2018 the warranty was over so if you buy used that is a hidden cost. Well after finding out about the damage and dealing with the smell they did let me switch the car but it cost me and it had to be with another used car only. Well I thought they put air freshener in it but they treat all their used cars with ozone bomb cancer causing chemicals! Had to spend $400 to get the car detailed and the smell is still there. So bottom line you are not saving money by buying a used car and it will just have a headache. More
