Henry Brown Buick GMC - Service Center

Made an online appointment for maintenance and repair work. Showed up at service drive and told to go to lube center. When I arrived at the lube center, the advisor told me they wouldn't be able to look work. Showed up at service drive and told to go to lube center. When I arrived at the lube center, the advisor told me they wouldn't be able to look at any of my concerns other than maintenance. I insisted that because I made the appointment it is not up to me to decide where the vehicle should go and that I would just like the service work done. Received a call back from another advisor stating I could leave my vehicle there for 3 weeks and then they could look at it. I'm curious as to how I should function without a vehicle for 3 weeks without notice. More

Great Dealership! I go there for service all the time and had built a relationship with my service advisor. When it came time for me to look at trucks, I called him and he suggested the best sales guy ever! had built a relationship with my service advisor.
