Typical car dealer, just lie to you. Went in with a fair price for our trade-in (10-15% upside for dealer). Was given a list of same vehicle on other lots to show I was over asking. Went and looked up those vehicles, either couldn't be found or the price I was given was $3-4k less. And when asked for deposit back, got every excuse to delay the refund. First, it goes back on the card, oh, no we can't do that, we'll cut you a check and fed-ex it, oh no now we can't do that, come in and pick it up, oh no, cant't do that, it comes from Texas. Just horrible. More

Staff was good. Car was not prepared despite days supposedly in preparation. Oil not changed, wheels have stains that is not brake dust, possibly ruined.
