I came to Northlake due to an issue with a service advisor at another Charlotte BMW dealership. Jeff Limthong is the standard by which other service advisors should be judged. He sets the expectatio advisor at another Charlotte BMW dealership. Jeff Limthong is the standard by which other service advisors should be judged. He sets the expectation and always over performs. Hedrick should consider having other location’s service advisors shadow Jeff to understand what customer service looks like. Thanks again for another outstanding service.
