Frank in the service departent is off-putting and the service department busted my F150 sunroof. Instead they called to tell me it's $5400 and I have to replace it because they can't put it back together. xxx - they are terrible and you should RUN as fast as you can to another dealership. Not a good dealer I had a major issue in the sales department. After buying a truck that they told me they would fix after the purchase, I found out it was just the sal I had a major issue in the sales department. After talking to some friends, I found out that their service department recently charged for services they did not perform. Again, no intent to honor their mistake. Seems like a bad dealer with no motive to please the customer. More

The customer-centered approach and hospitality that I have encountered with the staff there (Mike, Ben, Mark) is the key reason that I choose to keep coming back. Tallahassee Ford is a 35 minutes closer to my house, but I would rather drive to Havana and know that my issues will be listened to, heard, and acted upon. More
