I walked in on a Saturday morning unannounced and was met by Mat who was very kind and patient and answered all my questions. Not knowing what I wanted for sure, I went to several other dealerships. Let me tell you that Matt Watson set the bar extremely high for how a salesman should treat their prospective customers! I ended up going back to Hatchett Hyundai West and buying a Santa Fe and had an absolutely wonderful buying experience, including the finance department with Eric. My title work came back in under three weeks, and everyone I met at that dealership was kind, courteous, and willing to help in anyway they could to make me feel welcomed and valued. Highly recommend this dealership!! More

Worst experience purchasing a vehicle that I have ever had in 40 + years. Paperwork mishandled from day #1. Extra time and money out of my pocket to chase paperwork and fix their mistakes. Promises made to "make it right" never fulfilled. 10 months after purchase and making all the scheduled service appointment, now we do not exist in the system. Not by VIN, name, address, or phone number. No service after the sale. Ignored and treated 2nd class since day one. Absolute WORST dealership and service ever. More

After having a not so good first time car buying experience at a dealership and having to return the car, I was recommended this dealership by my friend. He fully detailed the car himself to make sure it was exactly what we wanted, and kept us updated through the whole process. Dishonest and dont stand by their cars Was told very last minute that the vehicle we were purchasing (2014 Cadillac ATS) did not qualify for the Lifetime Warranty they offer (despite it hav Was told very last minute that the vehicle we were purchasing (2014 Cadillac ATS) did not qualify for the Lifetime Warranty they offer (despite it having a sticker advertising it on the windshield and meeting all the mileage, the sales rep sayimg multiple times that it did and age they advertised for the Lifetime Warranty). Sales rep, Dan, assured me the car had been completely checked and serviced and if there was a problem they would work with us. Within a couple days the car started leaking oil and idling very rough. Kept leaving voicemails for sales rep with no answer for almost a week. Now we finally got the car in for service to be informed they want $75 just to diagnose what is going on with it. Will NEVER buy from this dealer again. Be sure if you do to have the car inspected by someone else thoroughly before hand. More
