I was greeted and assisted by Sergio Naverette whom was knowledgeable on the vehicle and models in question. He displayed transparency, honesty, respectfulness and patience while helping me find the perfect trim to fit my wants and needs. At no point in our conversation did I feel pushed to make a decision, which made me feel extremely comfortable. I also was provided a test drive with Eddie Sandoval, who was very patient with me and took the time to show me the use of awesome features within the vehicle. He was very well educated on the latest technology within the vehicle and was kind enough to provide responses to questions I had. About a week after my purchase I was surprised to receive a follow up call from Sergio who wanted to check in on my recent purchase to ensure I was satisfied. The dealership fixed what they were supposed to fix but the customer service was below average. Another mechanic said my motor mounts needed to be replaced because my car was shaking while idle. I was on hold way to long just to be passed around multiple times to end up needing a call back. I’ll never go back. More
