i stood in the lott for 40 minutes before anyone helped me. i looked over the tons of dirty cars until i found one i liked. i then tried to get a salesmen to help me with the process but they told me they me. i looked over the tons of dirty cars until i found one i liked. i then tried to get a salesmen to help me with the process but they told me they were closing to get out. when i called they told me they close a 6pm i still had about an hour and they told me they were closing early and that i need to submit a credit application. the bottom line is after this tragic and horrible experince i went to this other dealership. it was bayridge nissan on 65th st and 5th ave. they took care of me. gave me a great deal and the car i wanted for the right price and payment. even thugh my credit wasnt perfect they still treated me like a human being and really worked extra hard. i will be rturning to them when i need another car and i recommend you do the same.....and they have EVERY CAR POSSIBLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1...i looked at the 2003 range rover and the air suspension wasnt working the interior was disgusting and they were pieces of the interior missing. now i tried to see if i was approved and they have to record of my credit application, my paystubs or my drivers license which i submitted to them in person More

I purchased a Ford veichle in April 2010. After only owning the veichel for less than a month, i experienced problems with the engine. The lifters were bad, all valves were tapping, and the gaskets star owning the veichel for less than a month, i experienced problems with the engine. The lifters were bad, all valves were tapping, and the gaskets started to leak. When i brought my truck to my mechanics attention, he told me that they sold me a lemon. Needless to say, i still have the truck in my possession and it is still being repaired by their mechanic. it is now going on the third month of owning this veichel and i only enjoyed it for about a week. Ughh!!!! I would never recommend anyone to them, not even my worst enemie. More
