Amazing Experience with an Exceptional Dealership I am retired from the Army and was traveling to my home state of Illinois when my engine light came on. The next morning, which was Saturday, I drove I am retired from the Army and was traveling to my home state of Illinois when my engine light came on. The next morning, which was Saturday, I drove over to Gustafson Ford to see if they could figure out why the light was on. They took it back and in about 1.5 hours (4 cars ahead of me) they had the car ready to go. While I was there I looked at the new Ford Edge ST because my wife and I where looking for a new Edge. Troy to took the time to show me the car and take it for a test drive. We then discussed cost, he provided an exceptional offer. Even though I didn't buy the car since we live in Alabama, I will always give Troy the first offer on any new Ford Product. I cant express in words the customer service from both the Service Department and the Sales Team, especially Troy. EXCEPTIONAL DEALERSHIP! More
