I made an appointment online and noted the need to buy special tires in advance of the appointment. Service didn't look at the appointment request until the day before. While they did hustle to get the t special tires in advance of the appointment. Service didn't look at the appointment request until the day before. While they did hustle to get the tires in, what's the point of the note section if no one reads them until the day before and something might need to be ordered? The people who perform the service work are fantastic. Management, however, has lost touch with what customer service means. As a BMW dealer I expect more. They don't trust customers and so you can't write checks for more than $500 and yet there is a service charge of 3% if you use a credit card. They want me to trust them with my debit card and yet they don't trust me with a check. It's unfortunate that a few bad customers have ruined things for other customers. Loaner cars are non-existent for routine service work unless it goes over night. They will take you anywhere within 5 miles but not on Saturdays anymore; I live and work more than 5 miles away. Given the the inconvenience to customers and their lack of trust in their customer, I think my time and money is better spent elsewhere. More

My recent experience with Grayson BMW has left me deeply disillusioned and compelled to caution prospective buyers with the age-old adage, Caveat Emptor – let the buyer beware. As someone who deliberately s disillusioned and compelled to caution prospective buyers with the age-old adage, Caveat Emptor – let the buyer beware. As someone who deliberately sought out a high-end dealership, I expected a level of service and integrity that would justify the premium price tag. Unfortunately, my interactions with Grayson BMW fell far short of this expectation, casting doubt on their purported motto, "A Name You Can Trust." From the outset, the sales process at Grayson BMW was marked by ambiguity and misrepresentation. Despite their promises of transparency and trustworthiness, I quickly realized that their motto was nothing more than a facade. The sales tactics employed by Grayson BMW were manipulative and misleading, designed to coerce customers into making uninformed decisions. Critical details were conveniently omitted, and assurances made by the sales staff proved to be hollow promises. Moreover, the post-sale support and customer service provided by Grayson BMW were equally disappointing. Once the ink had dried on the contract, any semblance of accountability or responsiveness vanished into thin air. Attempts to address concerns or seek clarification were met with indifference and apathy, leaving me feeling undervalued and ignored as a customer. In hindsight, my decision to trust Grayson BMW was a grave mistake, one that I hope others can learn from. Their motto, "A Name You Can Trust," is not just misleading – it's downright deceptive. I urge prospective buyers to exercise caution and skepticism when dealing with Grayson BMW, as their actions speak louder than words. My experience with Grayson BMW serves as a sobering reminder of the importance of diligence and skepticism in the car-buying process. Trust should be earned through transparency, honesty, and integrity – qualities that Grayson BMW sorely lacks. More
