Iwent there to get the co-signer off of my car, they wanted me to buy a new one so we compared the prices and i declined Because my boyfriend was not with me and i did not want to make that decsion without him there,then the acting manager for that day came in and was explaining the differences my mom who was with me told him that we were not there to buy a new car we were there to take the co-signer off, well then the acting manager started to argue and be rude with my mom so she left.
Then Arty started to pressure me again i told 3 more times that i was not interested and he told me i was making a wrong decision, so i said i don't appricate how we were being treated and he says that we were being rude first ansd i replied why because i said no!
He then started to yell at me slaming his hands on his desk then he got up and walked towards the door and yelled "You can just F%$k Off!!"
I have never been treated so horribly in my life and if thats the way they treat there customers i want nothing to do with them and i will NEVER recommend them to anyone!!

Went in to buy 2 new vehicles, took 3 different vehicles for a test drive. Asked for a price on two of them, 2 days and 8 hours in the dealership I finally got a price on the vehicle, but no details of what was included in the price only that it was not the vehicles I drove. So what is included in the vehicles, what options and why is the price higher than the internet site for Mazda. "After you sign the sales contract we will go through the vehicles with you." NO way, I asked for a break down of the price and what features were included. Again I am told after you buy we go through all of that with you. I again said no I want the details before I buy anything. I was told if I don't like it I don't have to buy from them. No problem bought 2 Hyundai vehicles in 2 hours after days of screwing around with these bozo's.

scam artists, i told them i didn't want life insurance or warranty they basically said that can but they won't and it wouldn't change the price anyway just lying right to my face instead of taking it off the contract they just talked about why you need warranty and finding out later the factory warranty last longer than the BS they sold me just robbing people blind very dissatisfied customer grande prairie AB Mazda
