4 months ago I wrote a 5 star review the week I purchased my car. I would NOW like to retract my review and let the innocent car buyers who come here to STAY AWAY. Here is my story: Purchasing my car I did realize some things that were not right like the car was advertised at $9995.00 when the deal was complete I ended up financing over $16,000.00. Which did not include any extra warranties or any positive item for me. Bogus additional charges that amounted to absolutely ridiculous charges my example the charge I was to be charged for tags $32.00 the charge Grand charged me was $200.00 + dollars. It’s a complete rip off. Now I purchased my car and it had an alignment issue to bring it back in the following Monday and it would be addressed did that waited there till closing got my car as soon as I exceeded 70 MPH it start the shaking again only worse. Took it back on the following day waited 6 hours there was again got my car at closing and drive it home. When getting in int 75 same issues only shaking alignment was now my wheels practically bouncing while driving was told to get outside estimate did that and turns it is not an alignment it was the wheel components are completed out of operation and could result in the wheel coming off while driving. Mike Wally Sales manger not general mgr as I was told asked me to send him the estimate I did that and he has refused to email me or call or text he has completely ghosted me over this $1300.00 dollar repair. I’m still waiting to hear something but I have contacted my attorney and put this into motion including the erroneous charges and quite possibly illegal charges during the initial purchase and before that with false advertising charges. PLEASE DO NOT BE A FOOL LIKE ME AND PURCHASE A CAR AT GRAND MOTORCARS. You are forced to do your review before leaving the store during the purchase process. Thankfully we have the law on our side to protect us from scams like these folks got going on over there will not be over looked. This will end up costing Grand a whole lot more than just repairing my car like I was told. Trust me they will pay for all the wrong doings to me. Wish they had a zero star that would be the most suitable for these folks at Grand Motor cars. Update as if September 14th 2023 nothing has been done, not one person from Grand has reached out to help me out with this very bad situation. PLEASE DO NOT BUY AN AUTOMOBILE FROM GRAND. THEY WILL RIp YOU OFF FROM the get go!!!! More

In the buying process this dealership return calls have a problem and see will they talk to you or call you back. I called them for over 2 hours wanting to talk with the manager got transferred to a voicemai problem and see will they talk to you or call you back. The car has been wrecked, if you like spending you hard earned money on wrecked cars and horrible phone service by a dealership then go here. You know who I am because you wouldn’t answer my calls!!! Won’t answer the phone half the time. Sales manager Erica refused to call me back 90% of the time. Never called me back to give me any numbers. One of the salesman was extremely rude. I will end up buying a car from someone else because of their total lack of customer service. Answering the phone is not hard, but it is a challenge for this dealership. With all dealerships, their main goal was to sell the car. Meaning, customer service "sometimes" goes out the door. Not saying they were rude, not saying they weren't helpful, but there was a rush / urge car. Meaning, customer service "sometimes" goes out the door. Not saying they were rude, not saying they weren't helpful, but there was a rush / urgency to make sure the deal is done, more than making sure you were acceptable of the vehicle. But, a nice deal was done, they help with the financing. We assisted by the sales rep,...and the boss. That was interesting. They gave a nice deal for the trade in, which I was super happy about. The finance guy, he was extremely helpful. Gave a nice deal based off the parameters that I presented. All in all, I just needed a new car, as the car I traded in was the first car I ever purchased. The new car I purchased now was more fitting, more space, hopefully not a gas guzzler. So, I have a car, and after a month, we will see. More
