My Review Of Graham Kia Victoria :

We had narrowed down our new car search to Kia and another brand based on car reviews and past experience with the other brand. When we arrived at Graham Kia, we were greeted by Frank Bos who answered our questions professionally and efficiently. He was never pushy, which is why I would strongly recommend working with him to anyone interested in purchasing a Kia. The purchase was so easy - the Financial Manager, Val, arranged all the paperwork and even arranged for an insurance broker to come to the dealer when we came to pick up our car to assist us with license plates and insurance. From beginning to end, the experience was hassle-free and enjoyable. Kudos to your whole team!

Just one note for the dealer manager - when we were deciding if we wanted to purchase a Soul, we phoned Graham Kia and asked if there was a Soul we could try out for 3-4 hours. My husband has a hip injury and some cars cause him pain when driving for 2-3 hours and we needed to know if the Soul would bother him before purchasing. We were told that Graham Kia did not "do that" (lend cars for an extended test drive). When we said we would be willing to rent it, again no. We asked if they knew of any car rental agencies that rents Souls - we were told that he did not know, nor did he make any effort to ask anyone. We phoned the car rental agencies and found that Avis on Douglas St. rents Souls (FYI for further inquiries!). We rented the Soul for the day to try it out and were pleased that it did not bother my husband's hip. It would have been good customer service for Graham Kia to: 1) know where their models of cars are rented and advised us of this, and 2) to offer to reimburse us our 1-day rental charge towards a purchase of a car from them. Please note that Frank Bos was not the person we spoke to when we called the dealer and made a note NOT to work with the salesman who answered the phone. Oh, and note ... the other car dealer gave us a car (new) to use for the day, no questions asked, however it sat lower and bothered my husband's hip so it was ruled out. If it had not bothered his hip and since their customer service at that point was much better than Kia's, we would have probably purchased that car, solely on their willingness to ensure we picked the right car for us by letting us take it on an extended test drive. A $56 car rental charge may have made a difference to the sale of a $28,000 purchase, if all things were equal. Just so you know ...

My Review Of Graham Kia Victoria :

An enjoyable experience after having such a traumatic accident and losing our 2 month old vehicle. They made the process of purchasing a new vehicle pleasurable. Wade Donovan was very understanding of our needs and feelings. He was very knowledgeable of the products he was selling and provided informative answers to all of our questions. Elmano provided us with several options in regards to payments and financing and explained the pros and cons of each one. He never pressured us to purchase any extra coverage but explained the benefits of each one, and worked with us to fit a package to our needs and vehicle usage. With the customer service we received we would definitely recommend this dealer to our friends. We look forward to continued great service from Graham Kia.

It was a pleasure this morning to have dealt with Frank, Elmano and Eli when we came to pick up our new Soul Kia. Frank was very informative with his presentation and guided us through the vehicle inside and out and pointed out all the features and he was a pleasure to deal with, the same goes for Elmano and Eli.
We would recommend this dealership. Also found it easy to do the insurance all at the same time. Thank you all Marianne and Don Berry.

My Review Of Graham Kia Victoria :

The service we get on our Kia Soul is fantastic, however I do have one little complaint. If your staff is going to clean the vehicle, then I think they should do a better job or don't do it at all. The inside of my car had been vaccuumed, which was ecxcellent but there were streaks on the windshield as if it was just wiped with a not so clean rag, the outside was washed but the wheels were still dirty. I know I know we live in a sloppy place what with all the rain BUT if a job should be done, then it should be done properly. Otherwise we have no complaints and we certainly would return if we ever decide to buy a new Kia. I LOVE MY "CRICKET" (Kia Soul 4)

My Review Of Graham Kia Victoria :

The service staff are very helpful, friendly and let me know when things need to be looked at. I have been able to phone them, describe what is going on and they immediately know what the issue is. When I've called another dealership (closer to where I live) the first words out of their mouths are "our hourly fees are $X" and the person answering the phone has no idea about the nature of my issues so they don't even know the questions to ask. So I call the folks at Graham Kia and they ask the right questions, and book the right service to meet my schedule.

My Review Of Graham Kia Victoria :

My most recent experience has been with the service department, which I have visited several times. I have always found them (especially Eli) to be very friendly and attentive. Eli always arranges a taxi for me and goes over the service invoice to answer any questions that I have. My only complaint might be that on my recent service it was not washed as thoroughly as previous visits and, although admittedly it was very dirty when I took it in, it needed touch-ups inside and out to look clean.

Really friendly approach to service , even though I had to cancell my appointment on two occaisions, completed the work very quickly and even phoned me to let me know it was ready earlier than they thought. Even washed the outside and detailed the inside for me. Exceptional service above and beyond.

Didn't catch the name of the other man I spoke to at the service desk.
Everything was explained fully to me. Since I would not be reachable by phone, they told me the cost of brake service if needed and went ahead as agreed. Everything fine - no surprises.
