Nicholas Bourantas, the salesmen, is one of the best men I've ever worked with! He is so sweet, thourough, and makes me feel so comfortable. Service manager (Duke) is less than helpful when I had issues. There was a communication break down and he was content with not dealing with or investigating what happened. I was not happy but Boucher Ni issues. There was a communication break down and he was content with not dealing with or investigating what happened.
