We came to look at the 2009 Honda last Friday. We took it for a test drive and loved the car.
I had a 2002 Honda that I still loved so was not in a hurry to purchase another car, I was just looking.
We asked what type of a trade in we could receive. They wanted us to suggest what we would pay for
that car using our car as a trade in. We stated our price (thinking they would counter our offer) and they said okay!
We thought okay, I guess we are buying a car today. They looked at our car as a trade in option and we signed the papers.

Because I was not in a rush for the car and they hadn't even cleaned it yet, we scheduled a pick up date that gave them time to
clean it (and they touched up a scuff make with the proper paint) and me time to change the insurance over. The pick up went smoothly
and they filled the gas tank and just did an oil fill. I can come back for a free oil change when I need my next one and get a coupon for a
cleaning.

Bob took me over to the service department to show me where I would drive in and to meet the staff there.
He told me they had wireless Wifi and TV, coffee, etc and a shuttle service. He was also took me inside my
new vehicle and showed me everything inside. He was very kind and helpful!

That is why I rated them so high. Best car dealing experience we have had. Made you feel respected and that both parties got
what they wanted. Last time I bought a car I had to deal back and forth and the one who had the last say was the dealer.
Left thinking maybe I didn't get a great deal. Not this time!

I have a 2009 Maxima which I purchased from this dealership. I was pleased with the deal I made and more than happy with the people I dealt with. I have done all the service required on my car at this dealership and have received excellent attention, expertise and honesty.
Dallas and Mirza are really knowledgeable about all aspects of servicing my car. I get my car in quickly and the work is done well. I've never had to go back because something wasn't done right the first time.
Recently I had an issue with my car and both Nissan Canada and Gord Scott Nissan did much more than was technically required to help me solve the problem. I would highly recommend this dealership in particular and Nissan in general as a great place to buy and maintain a vehicle.

The customer service at this dealership is exceptional, the salesman was very helpful,took time to go through every detail of the car with me, was friendly and was not pushy.I have bought cars from other nissan dealerships and the service was not remotely close to the service at gord scott, i will be returning to this dealership in the future.

Great support and information. There was no pressure and any questions they didn't have at theri fingertips, was researched, before responding....no made up answers and no blowing sunshine up my skirt. The follow up has been great and the perfornace of the truck everything i wanted.

I had a great experience with the people I dealt with and I would reccomend them all for sure. The only complaint I would make is that I wish I could have been told that not all phones with a bluetooth are compatable with the Nissan bluetooth system. that may have affected my decision to get it. otherwise it was all good. Luke was very knowledgable and helpful as were Pam and Kathryn. :)

This was my first brand new car and the whole process was stress free. Patrick did a great job explaining everything about my car to me and did not oversell it. He was straight forward and easy to deal with. My next car will be at Gord Scott. Oh service ever since has been great as well.

I would have to travel further to purchase this specific vehicle. This dealership was the only one with this car. The salesman was very friendly,honest and helpful.

This is the third vehicle we have bought at this dealership. We found that everyone at the dealership is more than happy to go out of their way to make your experience a great one. We wanted a different colour and they immediately arranged to get a vehicle from another dealer. No detail was overlooked. They are like family and remember you when you come to the dealership. Amazing!

From the first time talking on the phone about purchasing a nissan titan to coming in and buying one. The sales staff made it an amazing experience.As well as a top notch service department who have made me feel at home.They always greet me with big smiles and a handshake and know me by my name making me feel like family,there always there to listen and explain what needs to be done to fix my truck.The work they have done on my truck was always done to perfection.I know that my next vehical will be a nissan and i look forward to a long lasting friendship with all the staff there.Everyone there goes above and beyond!!

I have leased 2 Muranos and bought a cube from this dealership. The people who work there are professional, friendly and really care about me. I recently told them that my dog was having issues with some noise that I could not hear. They took me seriously and took my vehicle in for a look. They did find a loose heat shield which was vibrating and causing a noise my dog did not like. It was fixed and we were on our way.
