Upon arrival from several hours away, my examination found mice damage in the engine, a bad battery, bald tires, excessive rust and peeling chrome. The vehicle also had not been well cleaned as the bed was caked with dirt and trash in it. From the salesman to the owner himself they tried to convince me that Iowa vehicles just looked like this; that it was normal. I purposely looked at two other dealerships in Iowa on my way home (with my money in my pocket) to prove or disprove this. Evidence showed Mr. Gookin was just trying to sell me a bill of goods. If you live there, maybe its not such a big deal to go home empty handed after having been lied to, but for us online shoppers this dealership is one to avoid. More
