We brought two vehicles in for attention on 15 Feb. Yearly inspection/stickers due. My husband's 2016 Silverado had issues - Quickly and pleasantly remedied. My 2018 Equinox also had wear due to drivin Yearly inspection/stickers due. My husband's 2016 Silverado had issues - Quickly and pleasantly remedied. My 2018 Equinox also had wear due to driving on the firelane where we live. That too was addressed. From the service tech to the shuttle driver.. all day. It was a great experience. Thank you. I just bought a used beautiful truck last night. They were amazing to deal with. I was in and out in about 45 minutes,truck was washed,filled with fuel and sticker while I waited. Al and all the rest of were amazing to deal with. I was in and out in about 45 minutes,truck was washed,filled with fuel and sticker while I waited. Al and all the rest of the staff were so nice to deal with.A very enjoyable experience and would recommend to anyone looking for a professional and friendly purchase. Thanks to all at Goodwill Chevy. Returned to dealer next day to drop of paperwork and on the way the radio started acting up. I mentioned it to Al and said “oh ya, we got that ordered already” wow those guys are on the ball for sure! Thanks again!!!! More

The group at Goodwin in Oxford are top of the line. I went there all by myself and felt zero pressure- they were kind, patient, and willing to work with me from scratch. I went in with my son to look at buying him a second han 11 hours agoNEW *****DISHONEST, DISGUSTED****** Worst experience ever!!! untrustworthy!!!! I went in with my son to look at buying him a second hand vehicle. We test drove a used Jeep Grand Cherokee …. The vehicle was pretty dirty inside and had a cigarette smell so we asked if there was anything that could be done. Cody claimed it had been detailed. I questioned that as it was quite dirty. He agreed and said they would clean it better after we purchased it. I asked if we could purchase it afterwards to make sure the scent could be removed. Cody spoke to the manager and agreed to do a thorough “special” cleaning before we signed any paperwork and he agreed to have us come back the following day at 4 pm. During the day I attempted to reach Cody to see if we could come early. Never got any response. So we decided to go up just a little early as the ride was an hour long. We arrive and it’s Cody’s day off and oh the car was sold that morning. And they said there was no appointment. The car was never cleaned, no one could call to tell us not to come, I just can’t believe how horrible their service was. Just warning everyone to be CAUTIOUS with buying and don’t trust anything being said More

Both Taylor and Derek were great when I came in to buy my truck. Taylor was right there at the door to greet me and help make sure I was going to get the service I was here for.
