I would never ever give you another opportunity as I meant everything I said maybe you should consider some changes in managment and changes as I can not imagine any person treating another person with such disrespect, blatantly lying and just outright saying they dod not care how I felt and that they did what they could. I clearly outlined the names of the people who I dealt with but I would not take a vehicle for free if I had to deal with these people . If you really care have the owner contact me so I can see if they appreciate the way their staff if treating the public, I plan on also contacting the attorney generals office on Glendale as well as you have some very crude people employed there.
