Hello. Excellent service, even better communication. Buying used vehicles can be stressful and no one can predict what can happened once you drive off the Excellent service, even better communication. And sales men are not future tellers, However with Lebada Motors we had full clarity and they offered us a generous discount on the extended warranty which came in handy later on. worst experience I’ve ever had dealing with a dealership by far. Let’s start off by saying we live an hour and a half away. Talked with a salesman for a week about setting up a time to come see the vehicle. by far. Let’s start off by saying we live an hour and a half away. Talked with a salesman for a week about setting up a time to come see the vehicle. Date set. Pack up our two little children, myself who is 8 months pregnant and my husband takes the afternoon off work, we drive there to see and test drive the vehicle. After them searching the lot for 15 mins. Another salesman comes out and says “sorry, it’s not even here it’s at the shop getting work done” very annoyed we just drove and hour and a half and now have to drive that back we thought “ok: xxxx happens”. We still really want this vehicle so we set up ANOTHER time to come see it and talk numbers. Take time off work and do the drive agaaaaain. And we came to an agreement on numbers. Including “free warranty” for their previous mess up they felt bad for (this is a Friday) we said we could come on the Tuesday to sign and finalize everything. All good on both ends. Monday rolls around, we get a messaging harassing us about a $500 non refundable deposit. Which was never discussed? We just assumed us already making the 6 hour total drive there and commitment was enough. We ended up declining that (thank god) and said sorry but if it sells in 1 day (because we agreed on meeting Tuesday for signing) than it is what it is, we took our chances. Tuesday the next day rolls around, get a text “your good to come in; van didn’t sell and your approved for your fiancé” okay great. See you in a couple hours. 3 hour (total) drive AGAIN. They completely changed their mind on the price they gave us 4 days prior. Even though we had the price THEY wrote down for us. They have now quoted us more than $100 biweekly than previously agreed. And blamed our “credit”. As if. Never once tried to come to a resolution and honestly never cared. Terrible experience, terrible salesman, terrible place all around. Save yourself the hassle and go someone else, please. Signed, 2 sad kiddos who picked out a movie for their new car with a tv and a very hormonal pregnant mom who now has to find another vehicle in a time crunch. And my bank account, driving total 9 hours with gas at 1.70. More
