I was very happy with my experience at Ken Ganley Subaru of Wickliffe. Russ, Brian, Joe and James took very good care of me. We now question the reliability of the vehicle that we purchased as we were told that the electrical will go down after 3 years and that would cost us $2000 to $3000.00. We just purchased a Subaru with another dealership and the financing was fast, easy and zero pressure. We now have buyers remorse as we're afraid of the vehicle's electrical going bad. More

Although much of the literature wasn’t yet in the hands of the dealership, they spent a good deal of time showing me options by walking me around the facility to see models and features. They also opened up a website to show me color and accessory options that are available or that were standard with the trim level I chose. Friendly and attentive sales staff answered all of my questions and advised me of various service/repair agreement options. Very good experience. More
