I have debated writing this a number of times. I don't like to speak ill of people. The truth is I have never in my life been so poorly treated by a General Manager at a dealership. Dennis Garcia has to be one of the rudest people I have ever met. I drove over 100miles to buy a car and he made me wait for 30 minutes in an empty store before I was even able to see the car. It was the exact car I had been looking for. i had searched for 6 months for this car, it was perfect all except the interior color. When I expressed this he told me I couldn't test drive the car because I might not buy it. He wasn't letting me test drive one of their cars with the chance I would go somewhere else to buy one. There was not another one of these cars within 500miles I told him. He told me he didn't care, I wasn't wasting his salesmens time. that was it he dismissed me and sent me out. More

My 2014 Buick Enclave that I paid $17,000 cas The most shocking display of deceit and underhanded business practices I have witnessed in my lifetime. My 2014 Buick Enclave that I paid $17,000 cash for is undrive-able, under full power train warranty, and is parked out back rotting in the rain. I am stranded 800 miles from home. There are 4 different GMC programs available to customers with my special circumstances but dealer principal, Roybal, refuses to initiate any of them as they would require her to pay the costs and she would have to wait to be reimbursed. The extent to which she and her general manager, Garcia, will lie to your face is only eclipsed by Sarah Sanders. I do not expect Ms Roybal to have this dealership long with the current backlog of complaints in file with AG of New Mexico and the BBB. More
