My first service advisor never communicated - I had to drive and show up to find out where the parts were / ETA. Had to reach out to manager. Manager was helpful but had to leave due to personal issue. drive and show up to find out where the parts were / ETA. Had to reach out to manager. Our sons truck has been there over a week and I have no idea what the ETA is or what’s been done. More
