Fraser Ford Sales Ltd Cobourg

Made an appointment for my truck with a detailed description about the issue ,and the things I have had done to try to correct the problem. I was assured by Fraser Ford they would spend the almost description about the issue ,and the things I have had done to try to correct the problem. I was assured by Fraser Ford they would spend the almost 2 hours I paid for to find the problem. They spent 10 min instead and assured me they had found the problem. To make a long story short, I paid a big bill and not only was the problem never fixed, they also caused me more problems with very poor workmanship. We went back 3 times to test drive with the manager to show the problem that was caused. It was shocking that I had to act as the mechanic. I would not recommend taking any vehicle there. Never buy a vehicle from Fraser ford. Please do not buy a vehicle from this dealership. The salesman forgot to select the proper add on to the vehicle when it was factory ordered. Great effort to resolve key cutting on my 2005 Ford Escape It might seem like a simple thing, but the dealership manager, Don the mechanic and client service rep Raylee, went to great lengths to bring in neces It might seem like a simple thing, but the dealership manager, Don the mechanic and client service rep Raylee, went to great lengths to bring in necessary software/hardware to cut and code a 2nd key for our 2005 Ford Escape Hybrid after my wife had her purse stolen. There was no extra charge for their effort. As well, our 96 Mustang GT had to be have the same, and as it was an older model, they had to do the research to make it happen. With a little back and forth, they got the job done, at no extra cost to us. Very impressed with their customer service. More
