My husband and I bought an MDX late last week and couldn’t be happier ! It’s brand new and quite a car. We had sold our truck the week before and our other car was hit in the rear and totaled. We drove to the dealership in a borrowed car and drove home with a brand new MDX. Our salesman, Samir, found the perfect car and helped us through the purchase. This dealership is great! I have tried calling, leaving multiple messages for the General Manager to please return my call. All of this started on Saturday January 27, 2024. After having to absolutely hound this dealership to even General Manager to please return my call. All of this started on Saturday January 27, 2024. After having to absolutely hound this dealership to even make a simple courtesy call. Nothing, finally on Friday February 2, 1024. I explained to the Sales Manager my concerns, including possibly of death. He understood this can be a life or death situation and he Guaranteed me he would absolutely call me back to further discuss to come to resolution. The Sales Manager just like the General Manager of Frank Leeta Acura WILL NOT RETURN RETURN EVEN A COURTESY CALL BACK. Frank Leta was put on actual notice of a potential life threatening problem with my Acura I purchased from Frank Leta and boy do I Regret ever being caught up with these unprofessionals who only care about profit. They will not make even the simplest of things right. NO CALL BACKS!! This will be your experience also, do you want to be treated the same way I have been treated? Because you can, but don’t bother with the phone, you will have to drive there every time you may need something done on your Acura! Thank you. More
