Jesse Zaker was great. He showed me the cars available, and since none were "cutting it" he showed me a Mach-E from one of the employees, Shandler Esquivel. He was open to let me see his brand new Mach_e and I felt in love with it, so I got me one. And even Shandler is not from the sales team, and since my phone was very low in charge, he took the time to look for a charger and a cable. That is going beyond one's duties. Highly recommend Ford to all. If one needs service or parts, ask for Mr. Shandler Esquivel . Also George Lopez from Financing was great. More
