This dealer uses strong arm tactics and shady business practices. We are first time Lexus buyers and my mother has bought 7 vehicles from this dealer. And to boot our 2024 TX that we have driven a total of 3 times now must go back for service because of malfunctioning technology. Lexus corporate has been good to deal with so far, the dealer has offered no more than chin music. More

I took my car in for a detail and they didnt even clean the tires. When I asked them about it they told me to wait and then charged me extra 25$ to have my tires done. Everything the people at the dealership promised held true to delivery. The chip shortage has drastically reduced the selection and supply of vehicles. I asked for the chance to negotiate on a very desirable RX 350 and remarkably they gave me five days to settle on the price and get liquidity of funds. They stuck with me when they could have sold this RX to several others. The people at Flow are not flashily and they do not trade on glad-handing personalities. They are simple people who meet their customer squarely in their circumstances. Pervasively they seem like blue collar people selling high class cars. Actually they pretty much let you sell yourself with whatever information you need to make your decision. Their recipe is refreshing and very winsome. Today i purchased a 2022 RX 360 after waiting for a delayed NX hybrid. Now that I have the conventional RX with its refined comfort features and credible motoring performance, I’m glad for the NX delay since the RX is far more than a consolation.
