Brought my truck in for service lights on and to get it detailed, prior to me selling the truck, they told me they had the abs module in stock and my truck would be finished the following Tuesday and that detailed, prior to me selling the truck, they told me they had the abs module in stock and my truck would be finished the following Tuesday and that Tuesday i called to check on it and they said they had to order the abs module and told me Chrysler Corp. Would only allow the dealers to order 1 abs module at a time so when it finally got done they called and said it was ready, so I picked it up and everything was fine except the detail was horrible, truck was not clean by all means so I drove it home and the check engine light comes on before I get home needless to say it costed me a sale, would expect a little better service from a dealership More

Also the dealership didn't send me the tag and registration. I reminded them before the car was picked up to have the tag, and they said ok. The day the car arrived no tag. I called when I didn't get it and they said they didn't give it to the driver and they would overnight it, and i specifically said not 2 day. Next day comes no tag. Now its sunday I've had the car 3 days and cannot drive it. It comes Monday they 2 day shipped it. They lied, and I kept my messages. I would have not paid 4500 for a car with a bad transmission.
