Everyone was courteous but they didn’t correct the problem. I live some 35 miles away and it is irritating to have to return because the problem was not resolved. Also after leaving dealership I notic problem. I live some 35 miles away and it is irritating to have to return because the problem was not resolved. Also after leaving dealership I noticed that cruise control not working. Had to double back 12 miles at which time was told software update would take up to 24 hours to become effective. Why was I not told that when I checked out? Repair failure will cost me another trip and a half day of my time. More

I have been going to this dealership for about 10 years. However in the past 2 years something has changed. It now seems like it’s all about the bottom line and customer care and service is no longer a priority. My last visit was awful. I have never been treated so poorly by a business. I will never again use this dealership for anything. More
