While the staff are very nice, they talk fast and end up cheating and lying. When we originally leased our car the paperwork said the buyout would be $20022. Bu at the actual buyout they claimed that the ba cheating and lying. When we originally leased our car the paperwork said the buyout would be $20022. Bu at the actual buyout they claimed that the bank owned the car and they had to buy the car from the bank and wanted to charge $24,000. We ended up at $22,000. Supposedly they were giving us a 2 year extended warranty for free. Closer inspection of the paperwork showed that they were charging $2000 for the warranty. Plus a bunch of other charges that made no sense. I would NOT use this dealership again! More

My lease expired and went to purchase/buy out vehicle. First, Ally financial and dealership archaic in times, you cannot do this online instead need to take time out of day to go and get car inspected an First, Ally financial and dealership archaic in times, you cannot do this online instead need to take time out of day to go and get car inspected and waste 3 hrs of your time to purchase vehicle. No customers were present at dealership yet I waited for them to do transaction. Representative is young, nice, and service oriented. manager, tries to befriend you as they add fees to the payout amount referencing delivery fees although the car has been with me for last 3 years. Finance advisor, rude, dry, no help in explaining what you are signing and referring you back to rep if you have any questions. I had to leave vehicle there because they could not inspect it in a timely manner, rep drove me to my house and drove MY OWN CAR back to dealer for inspection. Endo f day I had to get ride to dealer to pick up "inspected" car which they did not even consider washing. Bad experience I do not recommend dealership. More
