Leased a 2023 Infiniti QX55 from Fette a few months ago and the sales experience was great. Had an issue with one of my tires over the Memorial Day weekend and even though their service department was boo and the sales experience was great. Had an issue with one of my tires over the Memorial Day weekend and even though their service department was booked, Samantha Ortiz and Daniel Pego made it a priority to squeeze me in and rectify the issue. Was passing dealership & got a dashboard warning one tire lost air, so stopped in. I did not buy my Chevy there. Peter in the Infiniti store determined it was ripped & although new not fixable. The 1 replace lost air, so stopped in. I did not buy my Chevy there. Peter in the Infiniti store determined it was ripped & although new not fixable. The 1 replacement tire was not a brand they had nor sell, but they went to real extra effort to get delivered & all set up, truly above & beyond call. I said thank you to Pete for all & his efforts was superb for a fix! I recommend Fette & Pete too! More
