Kristian started off strong keeping me in the loop about what was going on with my car, then he sort of fell off in communicating with me about the additional issues with returning my car when scheduled. The prices are already over inflated then pass the 3% credit card fee to the customer. My battery has been replaced 4 times since I purchased the truck in 2021, you would think that’s a sign that there’s credit card fee to the customer. My battery has been replaced 4 times since I purchased the truck in 2021, you would think that’s a sign that there’s something wrong other than the battery but because of cost savings, your company fails to research the root cause. Now the warranty is done, so you win. The customer service people are not the problem. Very dissatisfied with Maus. More
