I am very pleased with Mazda Service Dept. Sam has assisted me one several occasions and has always been welcoming with a smile and professional. This dealer is excellent, especially Sidney in sales, who is always very kind and fair to me. However, this review is regarding the service department. I had an issue today which was mishandled by Service Ad is always very kind and fair to me. However, this review is regarding the service department. I had an issue today which was mishandled by Service Advisor, Sam G. When I asked Sam for a small favor for my inconvenience, he became irate and said no. Don, the very kind service manager, overhead him, and quickly came out and gladly took care of the issue for me. As he was off to handle my issue, Sam rolled his eyes, shook his head, and said “you would probably go to Walmart and ask for free merchandise.” I was so stunned I simply walked away. I did ask for an apology. Don, the excellent service manager, kindly apologized, but Sam refused to do so. I am beside myself with the insulting service I received from Sam today. Thank you. More

Service team of Joe, Will, and Walter were better than perfect! Took my Mazda 2020 CX5 into the dealership for the first complimentary Full Circle Inspection. Synthetic oil upgrade, tire rotation, oil f perfect! Took my Mazda 2020 CX5 into the dealership for the first complimentary Full Circle Inspection. I am writing a review to thank Joseph Leggett and his team for all their help fixing my '17 Mazda CX5. Also for turning a bad experience with another dealer into a good experience given the circumstance team for all their help fixing my '17 Mazda CX5. Also for turning a bad experience with another dealer into a good experience given the circumstances. I recently purchased the vehicle from another Mazda dealer and the first thing was I had to have my navigation screen replaced because someone got sanitizer on it at the previous dealership. Joe replaced it under the CPO warranty no questions asked. Then a month later, I brought it in to have the brakes checked and an oil change. They found the rotors were badly warped and rusted. He helped me get in touch with the right people and then I brought it in to have the brakes done a few weeks later. The job was completed in a very timely manner and I am very pleased. Joe is very helpful and understanding. More
