Enterprise Car Sales Mobile

I worked with a salesperson to reviews cars and ultimately found a car I thought was perfect. I purchased this car. It turns out the list of features on the website was a lie (for example it listed ultimately found a car I thought was perfect. I purchased this car. It turns out the list of features on the website was a lie (for example it listed power lift gate and heated seats and the car has neither of these features). In addition they listed the car as an XLE model but it is an LE (without a leather steering wheel or moonroof). I had thought I was getting a great deal but ultimately was ripped off. The only reason I did not give one star is I now have an opportunity to return the car within 7 days of purchase. I feel taken advantage of and cheated. More

Classic used car ripoff. I identified a car to purchase. Took it for a drive and it had a shimmy in the front end. I was told they would balance tires and align. I live an hour away so this is two trips now to come back and test drive it again after they told me it had been taken care of by Firestone dealership. Still had the exact same shimmy starting at 60mph. This was after the salesman AND the manager both told me they had test driven it without any problems. They are either lying, stupid, or think that I'm stupid. This is the first time I've complained about a business online that I can remember, but these guys are definitely a place to avoid. After we drove to Alabama to see the car, & meeting "Q" in person, we were excited about the prospect of buying a used car. The car was beautiful, the mileage was very low, and it looked brand new. "Q" took the time to explain, in detail, all the features of the car, & how well maintained all the enterprise vehicles were, so after the test drive, we were sold. Jonathan, in finance, worked hard to get us approved for financing, at a rate we could afford. Even while we waited for paperwork to get done, workers passing by, offered us refreshments, & made sure we were being taken care of. And, the paperwork went quickly. The entire process was effortless for us, because "Q", Jonathan, & the man who did the final paperwork, did all the work. We went online to look at cars, "Q" called us, we went to see the car, & we drove it home. So simple. Thank you "Q" for making us feel so at home & comfortable about this process.
